Mary Beard and Anthony Snodgrass have been elected Corresponding Members of
the AIA.
Professor Mary Beard and Professor Anthony Snodgrass have been elected Corresponding Members of the Archaeological Institute of America (AIA), "in recognition of scholarship and high attainments in the field of Archaeology."
The Archaeological Institute of America (AIA) is North America's oldest and largest organization devoted to the world of archaeology. There are some 50 Corresponding Members world-wide, 8 others from the UK (including Barry Kemp and Colin Renfrew from Cambridge).
