The Museums Libraries and Archives Council awards the Museum Full Accredited status
The Museum of Classical Archaeology has been awarded Full Accredited Status under the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA) Accreditation scheme.
This is the highest accolade of the use of best practices and philosophies, and a universally recognised measure of excellence and the implementation of professional standards in the Museum sector.
" The Museum Accreditation Scheme is the museum sector's professional standard. It underpins the whole Renaissance in the Regions programme to transform England's regional museums, making them world class and fit for the 21st century. "
