Where am I?

Claudius (or Drusus)

Claudius was born in 10 BCE, the third child of Drusus and Antonia Minor; this portrait is sometimes claimed to be of the father Drusus rather than Claudius. However, it resembles a portrait in Berlin that we know to be of Claudius, made just before he became emperor in about 40 CE.

We can see from the way the neck is shaped that the head was originally part of a complete statue
