Accessibility

The Classical Faculty Library welcomes disabled students and visitors. For further help or information please contact the Library.

The outer doors of the building open automatically for disabled access: please use the push-pads. The Library is situated on the ground floor. The main reading room is wide, with desks running down each side, and the main shelves are located in the centre of the Library. These shelves are more easily accessed from the left-hand walkway, and are spaced at one-metre intervals. Please ask Library staff if you need any help in reaching books on the shelves.

You can also download a disability access map of the Sidgwick Site.
