Library Services on Offer
- Study Space
People are welcome to sit anywhere they like; there are no reservations.
- Borrowing:
Books may be borrowed via the self-issue/return machine. If you require material from closed stacks (indicated on iDiscover) please request at the issue desk before 4pm Monday to Friday. Material cannot be fetched at weekends.
If you cannot visit the library to borrow, please email library@classics.cam.ac.uk with details of the books you require and the person who will be collecting them for you and we will arrange for the items to be issued to you.
- Returns:
Books may be returned to the library and discharged via the self-issue/return machine. Books may also be returned via the Sidgwick Book return boxes by Lady Mitchell Hall and near the English Faculty when the library is closed. Please note that there may be a delay in books returned via the sidgboxes being removed from your borrowing record.
