The Museum of Classical Archaeology is committed to making its collections as accessible as possible to researchers. Since we have limited space and resources to accommodate research visits, we ask that requests to view the material are made in advance. Priority will be given to serious researchers and those who demonstrate a special interest in the holdings in question.

 

Booking a Research Visit

If you would like to arrange to examine material in our reserve collections of plaster casts, sherds or epigraphic squeezes, or would like to consult our archives, please get in touch with our curator to discuss your needs and book an appointment at least one week in advance:

Sat (univ. term-time only): 10am-1pm
Sun and Monday: Closed

Saturday Opening

Please note: We are open on Saturdays only during University of Cambridge term time.

We are currently closed on Saturdays. Our next Saturday opening will be Saturday 27 April.
