Rear of a naked male statue and Parthenon pedimental sculpture

With more than 450 plaster casts of Greek and Roman sculpture on display, it can be hard to know where to start here at the Museum of Classical Archaeology – so why not check out one of our collection highlights below? They're firm favourites with visitors and students alike.

If you want more inspiration, why not take home our highlights pack, or take a look at our collection videos and podcasts? You can also read about our painted Peplos Kore in a lot more detail.

Summer temperatures

We realise the summer has been something of a washout so far - but please note that if the sun is shining, our Cast Gallery (with its glass roof) can get very warm.

Our lift is currently out of order which means we are not able to provide step-free access at present.
