Loose-leaf highlights pack spread out in front of head of Apollo

Our Highlights Pack brings fifteen highlights from our extensive cast collection together with essays compiled by researchers specialising in classical sculpture at the Faculty of Classics. Each loose-leaf essay explores important themes in ancient Greek and Roman visual culture through a single work of art, complete with a high-quality image. An introductory essay also provides a helpful guide to the Museum and its history.

The pack has been produced as an education resource with A-level students in mind – but it is also an excellent handbook for all visitors who would like to know a little more about ancient Greek art and Roman statues. Each essay contains not only detailed information on the object in question, but also encourages the reader to ask questions by looking more closely at the cast collection.
