The Faculty reports with great sadness the death of Dr. Neil Hopkinson (1957–2021).

Neil was successively undergraduate, PhD student and then Research Fellow at Peterhouse, and then a Fellow of Trinity. A fine scholar of and commentator on Hellenistic literature and a devoted teacher, Neil died suddenly on Tuesday 5 January after suffering a short but aggressive illness.
