Explore the roles that animals played in the lives of the Mycenaens in a display of rarely-seen objects from the Museum's collection. From octopuses to lions, a wide range of creatures is depicted on Mycenaean objects, giving us a glimpse into the everyday interactions between humans and animals in the Bronze Age.
The Mycenaean menagerie will be creeping, crawling and flying onto display in Bay C of the Cast Gallery from the 15th March.
