Faculty of Classics

The Cambridge Classics Faculty invites applications to the 2019 round of the Leverhulme Trust early Career Fellowship competition.

This prestigious scheme aims to provide career development opportunities for those who are at a relatively early stage of their academic careers, but who have a proven record of research.

The Faculty operates an internal selection process. We are keen to support high quality applications that intersect with research already being undertaken or developed in the Faculty of Classics. So, applicants should be in touch with an academic who works in their area of research, and could act as their sponsor, to discuss their proposed project as soon as possible. Full details of the internal application process (with links to more details of Faculty members) can be found at: https://www.classics.cam.ac.uk/research/funding

Details of the scheme itself, including rules on eligibility, are available from:

https://www.leverhulme.ac.uk/funding/grant-schemes/early-career-fellowships

Please contact the Faculty Research Officer with any general queries: research.officer@classics.cam.ac.uk

The Faculty Deadline for applications is Friday 4th January 2019.
