Cyprian Broodbank is Disney Professor of Archaeology in the Department of Archaeology and Director of the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research. His research interests are broad, comparative and not period-specific, and encompass (among other areas) the archaeological and cultural interconnectivities of the Aegean; he has been centrally involved in fieldwork on the island of Kythera for over twenty years.
