An afternoon of family fun, with special excerpts from the 2016 Cambridge Greek Play
Come along to the Museum of Classical Archaeology for performances in ancient Greek by the Cambridge Greek Play team, a children's trail and craft activity, and a chance to enjoy our casts of Greek and Roman sculpture.
Take part in our children's trail for ages 7-11: mimic the poses of the statues to find out what they're doing and make your own moveable split-pin sculpture.
At 2-3pm members of the cast of the Cambridge Greek Play will be performing excerpts from this year's plays, Sophocles' "Antigone" and Aristophanes' "Lysistrata", in ancient Greek. For more information on the Greek Play, see http://www.cambridgegreekplay.com/plays/2016/antigonelysistrata.
For all ages. Free.
