The 2026 Oxbridge Classics Open Day is a chance to find out more about applying to study Classics at Oxford and Cambridge, with course presentations, taster lectures, and opportunities to ask questions to current students and academics. Options to attend in person and online are available.

The programme will include a range of activities including; introductory talks, taster lectures, sessions covering Classics and joint school courses, common questions about the application process, and a teachers’ and parents' session. The aims of the day are to help young people make informed decisions about their university choices, encourage them to consider Classics as an exciting degree pathway, and to help them develop their interest in, and understanding of, the ancient world.
