A storytelling adventure for ages 3-5.

A session for the very young with storyteller Marion Leeper based on the best of all pirate adventures: the Odyssey.  Travel with Odysseus, help him overcome dangers, defeat strange monsters and get home in time for tea.

For ages 3-5.

All children must be accompanied by an adult but tickets only need to be booked for children participating in the event.

Book online

This session will run again on Tuesday 13th August 2019.

Please note: Bookings will open on Monday 8th July 2019.

This is a Summer at the Museums event.

Summer Temperatures

The Museum has a glass roof and in the summer sun temperatures in the gallery can raise very high. We do all we can to open windows, but please do plan your visit accordingly and perhaps bring water (see Food and Drink, below), especially if you are bringing small children.

Access Information

The Museum is wheelchair and buggy accessible. Buggies can be left downstairs in the foyer. The Museum is all on one floor, with level flooring and good lighting. Step-free access is via an alternative entrance - please ask at the Enquiries Desk for assistance as you come into the building.
