Like big butts? Cannot lie? Join the MuseumBums team for an interactive evening exploring Greek Love and statuesque bottoms at the Museum of Classical Archaeology as part of LGBTQ+ History Month.

Baby Got Baccanal!

'Greek Love' is a term that means all sorts of things - go on, give it a quick Google - during the course of the evening you'll hear from the team at the Museum of Classical Archaeology and the MuseumBums boys as they share stories about what the Greeks got up to under their chitons. Hear about Apollo and his boyfriends, discover if you're into 'intercrural', and find out if there's something about Sappho.

Chasing that trail

Alongside MoCA's fabulous Queer Antiquities trail, the MuseumBums Boys have given you an excuse to get up close and persona with the peaches out on display. Or, apples in Hercules' case. In museums, as in life, no touching unless you're invited to, please.

Top for bottoms

The Museum of Classical Archaeology has the most bums on display in a museum in the UK - it's official. It was even on Radio 4. This evening, we're asking you - which statue has the best junk in their trunk in our interactive poll.

For adults only. Free event.

Booking advised: ticket holders can arrive at any point during the two hour event. Ticketing is to prevent overcrowding only. Tickets can be booked via eventbrite here.

This event is run in partnership between the Museum of Classical Archaeology and the team behind @MuseumBums on Twitter.
