Cast Gallery, Museum of Classical Archaeology
About
Step into the past and take a tour of the Museum of Classical Archaeology with our Curator.
For ages 4-12.
Drop-in. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
This is a Summer at the Museums event.
Summer Temperatures
The Museum has a glass roof and in the summer sun temperatures in the gallery can raise very high. We do all we can to open windows, but please do plan your visit accordingly and perhaps bring water (see Food and Drink, below), especially if you are bringing small children.
Access Information
The Museum is wheelchair and buggy accessible. Buggies can be left downstairs in the foyer. The Museum is all on one floor, with level flooring and good lighting. Step-free access is via an alternative entrance - please ask at the Enquiries Desk for assistance as you come into the building.
For more information about access to the Museum and the Classics Faculty building, please see Museum Access.
